Casa Larga Wine on Wheels brings the bar to you — so you don't have to worry about setting up, stocking, or cleaning up. Service includes three hours of bar service with friendly, professional bar staff, fully licensed and equipped with everything from cups to wine glasses.

Transparent Packages
Packages start at $1,000: a $200 non-refundable deposit, a $300 bar service fee for three hours, and a $500 product minimum (wine, wine slushies, beer, and non-alcoholic options).

Bring a fun, interactive, and informative wine tasting experience directly to your event. Our expert Wine Tasting Ambassadors guide your guests through thoughtfully selected wines, offer pairing suggestions based on your menu, and explain why each pairing works. We can customize the menu to create perfect pairings for your group.

Overall Footprint

Includes the trailer, pull-out awning bar area, and the pickup truck. The truck can be detached for service if your space needs it.
Bar Set-Up Area

A flat, stable surface is needed. We’ll need adequate room to maneuver in and out. Some locations may be inaccessible due to steep roads, narrow driveways, or low-hanging trees.
Power
240V · 30A · 4-Prong
A circular 4-prong, 240-watt, 30-amp breaker is needed to power the trailer. If an outlet isn’t available we run off our onboard generator.

Booking & FAQs
How do I book Wine on Wheels?

To book the Wine on Wheels trailer we need a signed catering agreement with an estimated number of guests, plus a non-refundable $200 deposit. Your date is reserved once we've received both.
Where can you go?

You supply the location — we bring the cheer. You're responsible for the venue and any necessary paperwork or permits. We need room to maneuver in and out; some locations may be inaccessible due to steep roads, narrow driveways, or low-hanging trees. A flat, stable setup surface and dedicated parking are required.
How long is bar service?

Our standard is three hours. Staff arrive at least 30 minutes before service to set up, and we do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Time frames are agreed to in advance — we won't negotiate pricing at the event.
What should my bar staff wear?

Depends on the event. For casual events — black Casa Larga tee-shirts. For more formal events — black slacks, white shirt, and a bow-tie. Let us know the vibe when you book.
How many bartenders come with the package?

For 0–75 guests, one bartender is included. For 75–150 guests, an additional bartender is required at $125 for the three-hour event. Each extra hour of service is $35 per bartender per hour. All guests are asked to show valid ID — NYS legal drinking age of 21 applies to private events as well.
How does guest count work?

When you book, you provide an “Estimated Number.” You can adjust that up to 7 days before the event, at which point we'll use your “Final Number.” At the event we track the “Actual Number” of guests served, and your balance is based on the Final Number or Actual Number, whichever is greater.
How is payment handled?

A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your date along with a signed catering agreement. The balance — based on Actual or Final guest count (whichever is greater) — is due after the event. We accept major credit cards and cash.
