Come enjoy a relaxing and motivational yoga class presented by Instructor Michelle Hild on our outside Patio overlooking the vines of Casa Larga Vineyards. This class offers comprehensive physical and mental health benefits for all ages, including improved strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Regular practice reduces stress, anxiety, and inflammation, while boosting heart health, sleep quality, and immune function. It serves as an effective, low-impact method for relieving chronic pain and managing mental well-being. Cost of the class is $35 plus tax and includes your first beverage (wine, beer, wine slushie, mimosa, or N/A beverage).
