Public release of Cab Franc and Vidal Ice Wine for sale on the floor. Continuing a decade-long tradition of excellence, 2025 proved to be another exceptional growing season. Like the milestone harvests of 1995, 2005, and 2015, 2025 provided the perfect conditions for our latest Ice Wines. By utilizing a cool fermentation and a custom blend of two distinct yeasts, we've crafted two beautifully balanced wines. We took advantage of the great growing season and were able to produce 150+ cases of each.
