Sip on signature cocktails and mocktails while discovering the unique story behind authentic ice wine. Indulge in a specially crafted food pairing menu by Chef Scott Defress, where each signature dish is thoughtfully prepared using ice wine as a key ingredient. Authentic ice wines are rare and exceptional. To earn this distinction, grapes must freeze naturally on the vine and be harvested and pressed within hours of the first sustained freeze—making every bottle a true labor of precision and timing. Tickets are limited and expected to sell out quickly, so be sure to reserve yours early.
