Casa Larga welcomes back Chef Kimberly Roth, (“Hell’s Kitchen” finalist and Chef/Operator of Back Alley Grill) for Sip and Sushi! In this beginner class, Chef Kim will teach you how to roll sushi and then you will prepare 3 rolls from an abundance of fresh and cooked ingredients. Your first beverage of wine, beer, slushy or soda is included plus a take home sushi kit that contains a bamboo sushi mat and chopsticks. Get ready to impress your guests at your next dinner party with your personally rolled sushi!
