## Online ticket cutoff rules

When asking about ticket availability for a specific event:

- Patio Parties: online sales close at 3:00 PM ET on the day of the event
- All other ticketed events (Mother's Day, Joe Avati, Purple Foot, Ice Wine Festival, etc.): online sales close at 11:00 PM ET the night before
- After the cutoff the event is still happening — call (585) 223-4210 to inquire about remaining availability

## Out-of-state wine shipping

We ship wine to 40 US states. Adult signature required at delivery.
Shipping rates pulled live at checkout from FedEx (NY) and UPS
(out-of-state, via VinoShipper's alcohol-licensed network). Customer
payments are processed through Authorize.net.
