There is no fee to apply, but spaces are limited.
If accepted, the vendor fee is $90.
Event tickets will be sold to the public for either the 11am-2pm slot OR the 3pm-6pm slot

The New York State Ice Wine and Culinary Festival will be promoted via print, radio, web and social media. We are requesting that you also promote the festival on your website, email and social media. You will receive social media tips via email.

This confirms that you agree with all the 2024 NYS Ice Wine & Culinary Festival Policies and Procedures and you understand that Casa Larga Vineyards (CLV) shall not be liable for loss of personal property, personal injury or other damages involving a vendor, vendor’s agents and employees. Vendor shall defend and indemnify CLV from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages and penalties caused or incurred by wrongful acts of vendors, or vendor’s agents and employees. Vendor shall secure and maintain adequate liability and property insurance or sign the Hold Harmless document.
